Every Station gets a free trial before a license is needed, so you can see it work first. A license may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if it has not been used to arm a Station. Email us with the purchase email and Station ID.
Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period already paid and does not renew. Partial periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Return unopened accessories within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; you cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong, in which case we send a prepaid label. Email us first for a return authorization.
