Delete your account
This permanently erases your Alarm Mobile account and everything in it. It cannot be undone. You can also do this inside the app: Station Settings → Delete account, or the menu on the Remote.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in
- Every Alarm Station registered to it — settings, pairing, keypad PIN
- All event history, snapshots and video clips
- Licenses on the account (not refundable once deleted — see refunds)
- Storage plans — cancelled immediately, no further charges
- Every paired Remote is signed out
What is kept
- Receipts, which Stripe keeps under its own policy
- An anonymous hardware identifier marked "trial used", so a free trial cannot be repeated by deleting and re-creating the account
Deletion is immediate. Backups that may contain your data are overwritten within 30 days.
Your account has been deleted.
Alarm Stations on that account have stopped and will show a sign-in screen; you can reset them or reuse them with a new account.
